Return 

  • We offer a 10 Days Hassle Free Returns facility to our customers.
  • 10 Days is to be counted from the date of Invoice.
  • We take the utmost care when packing products for shipment through our courier partners. 
  • Once you receive your purchased product at your place, take a video of opening the product packaging. There should not be any mixed video or cut in the video while opening the package. This is required to make sure that you have received the product without any defects in it.
  • We will require this video to be sent to us on WhatsApp Number +91 999 84784 99 in case customers want to return the product due to any defects in workmanship.
  • However, if a product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it, provided the recipient sends us an original single video while opening the product packaging after receiving from our delivery partner, of the damage within 2 hours of delivery. Team KanchanOrna.com will verify the damages and confirm the exchange. If we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup, we ask our patrons to send the damaged product back to us within 2 days via regular courier. We will reimburse shipping charges up to INR 150. Please note that products returned without consent from Team KanchanOrna.com will not be eligible for replacement.
  • If customers want to return the product because of dislike or dissatisfaction, we just want to have a Return Request through www.kanchanorna.com after login to the customer's account.
  • After receiving "Return Request on our Website" along with "Video through WhatsApp", we will process pick up within 2 working days. 
  • Customer needs to make sure that the product is returned in its original packing with all the inserts without any damage.
  • Once the product is received at our facility, our team will check whether it is the same as dispatched, without any alteration or changes in it. 
  • After approval, we will refund the exact same amount to the bank details submitted by customers. 
  • Customers will get 100% Money Back in the bank account within 48 working hours once processed.
 

Exchange

  • Exchange of Product is available with 2 methods. 
     
  • Method 1: 
    • We offer a 10 Days Hassle Free Exchange Facility to our customers.
    • In this method, customers can return the products to us as per the policy mentioned above in the Product Return section.
    • After receiving the product at our facility, customers can select other products with equal or more value.
    • Customers can purchase the other product by paying difference amount in case the new product value is higher than the previous one.
    • New products will be dispatched as per our  standard order processing policy.
       
  • Method 2:
    • This method starts from the 11th day from the date of Invoice. 
    • If customers want to return the previously purchased products from us, we can accept the product back.
    • Customers can send the products to our facility, no matter about its original packing or any damage in packing.
    • Once the product is returned to us, our team will verify its originality, if it's the same that we have supplied etc.
    • After approval, we will issue a credit note of Metal Price as per the market.
    • The cost charged at the time of purchase such as shipping cost, labor cost, taxes, insurance etc will not be counted in such exchange.
    • Also the weight of diamonds will not be counted.
    • In the case of Silver, the Metal Price will be calculated on the basis of 92.5.
    • In the case of Gold, the Metal Price will be calculated on the basis of 91.6.
    • After all processing, we will credit the amount in KanchanOrna.com wallet so that customers can use the same money while purchasing another product as an exchange on KanchanOrna.com
